In Tiffany's 17 years of age, her journey towards becoming an orthodontist unfolds through her passion for science, focusing on the intricate details of various scientific disciplines. Her internship with a periodontist provides valuable insights into the scientific field, enriching her path of learning and growth. Tiffany's dedication to Taekwondo for 8 years reflects her discipline and perseverance in combative sports.

Her altruistic nature is evident through her involvement with the Combermere School Key Club, showcasing her commitment to helping others. Tiffany's diverse interests, ranging from marine biology to art painting and sketching, highlight her multifaceted personality. Always eager to learn and explore new horizons, Tiffany's curiosity fuels her journey of discovery and knowledge.

Shonte’ Morris

Shonte' Morris is an 18-year-old aspiring attorney and businesswoman, currently studying law at the University of the West Indies. With a passion for writing and dancing, she balances her academic pursuits with creative expression. Shonte' is driven by a commitment to excellence and a desire to make a meaningful impact in both the legal and business fields. She aims to use her legal knowledge to advocate for social justice and improve laws in Barbados. As a future entrepreneur, she hopes to create job opportunities, promote sustainable development, and support local businesses. Her dedication to her studies and entrepreneurial spirit guide her journey toward achieving these goals and making a positive difference in her community.

Mya Bourne

Mya is a 17 year old student at the Barbados Community College where she is pursuing an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, she hopes to become a pastry chef. She has spent 5 years in the Barbados Cadet Corps where she reached the rank of Sergeant (Sgt). Mya first joined Project Discovery in 2022 under the fellowship of Mr Tyrone King. It has helped her develop both leadership and communication skills. She hopes that in this new position she will be able to give back to organisation and further enhance these skills.

Renika Crichlow

Renika Crichlow is a 16 yard old student at the Barbados Community College where she is studying Accounting, Economics and Maths. She hopes to be an actuarial science.

Renika Crichlow has always been passionate about giving back to her community and making a positive impact. As a former year representative in Key Club, she had the opportunity to lead and inspire her peers to participate in various service projects.

Beyond school involvement, she is a dedicated volunteer in Project Discovery; for her great satisfaction is found in helping others and making a difference in her community. In her spare time, she enjoys crocheting, which is a relaxing and creative hobby that allows her to unwind and express her artistic side.

Mekhi Nurse

Mekhi Nurse serves as the 1st Vice President of Project Discovery. He is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Mathematics and Information Technology at the Barbados Community College, where he also serves as a Student Ambassador.

During his time as a member, Mekhi has experienced the many advantages of being apart of this youth development organisation. Through his leadership roles, he hopes to popularise the name Project Discovery and encourage the growth of the organisation in other Caribbean countries and Institutions.

Romario Bishop

Romario Bishop is an 18-year-old student currently in his final year at the Barbados Community College, pursuing an associate degree in Computer Science. His passion for how technology can be integrated to benefit society ignited his love for technology.

Along with his love for technology, Romario enjoys playing chess. Joining Project Discovery became a natural step for Romario, driven by a desire to enhance his own skills while contributing to the growth of others. As a Communications Officer at Project Discovery, he aims to fortify his interpersonal skills. By leveraging his passion for technology, Romario is dedicated to guiding Project Discovery through the complexities of the digital landscape in this era.

Nyeka Gibson

Nyeka Gibson is a 16-year-old first-year student at Barbados Community College, where she is majoring in Mass Communication. She is a dedicated reader, writer, and puzzle enthusiast.

Drawing her inspiration from local journalist Krystal Hoyte, Nyeka aspires to one day become a voice for those whose stories need to be heard. Her faith plays a significant role in her life, guiding her values and decisions as she pursues her dreams. Nyeka has had the opportunity to be a part of an internship program where she honed her attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

Though naturally introverted, she consistently challenges herself to grow pushing herself beyond her comfort zone. Project Discovery has been a significant influence in her journey, providing her with the tools and confidence to develop both personally and professionally
